Review of the new WeChat App. The new way to connect as it states. WeChat is a new competitor for apps like Whatsapp, Kik and BBM. With the sign up base touching 100 MILLION users now WeChat is the complete mobile communication and social networking app.

WeChatApp

Why WeChat?

One of the best features of the App is that it is Free, cross-platform, and full-featured like personal and group messaging with text, voice notes, images, videos, location data, and more. Another important part of it is the WeChat is that it is AD FREE which means that there are no more annoying ads or mistaken clicks white you are have a fun chit-chat with your friends.

Mini-Social Network

It is an mini-social network in itself with Incredibly easy to add your friends by shaking your phones together, scanning QR codes, syncing with your Facebook account or phone contacts, sharing IDs, or using location-based services.- Blazingly fast registration with your phone number or with Facebook connect.- Support for 15 languages including English, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Portuguese.WeChat Open PlatformAPI allowing third-party apps to share their content through WeChat chats or Moments.

Comparing Competition

The obvious question is that when there are so many other apps like Whatsapp and Kik with active user base and almost all the features which WeChat has then why choose Wechat over them. The answer is pretty simple and clear it has all of it what other apps have and more. As we discussed earlier that it has multiple sign in options and it has a log out option as well which most apps in the Chatting Genre don’t have. The user interface is simple to get familiar with and is easy to use.
